Fairly nice hotel with a nice placement very near the beach. We stayed at the penthouse room 15th floor, which had a 270 degree view of the beach and playa del Ingles - fantastic. The two balconies were very windy - some strategic placement of a few wind barriers would have been nice. Breakfast menu were ok, but not great.

What a lovely holiday! We had a room overlooking the sea, which we did pay a little extra for, but booked in advance, it was well worth the money! Fantastic view! Hotel was wonderful. Staff very friendly and efficient, everywhere was very clean and tidy. Food was superb. Stayed for two weeks always got a sunbed, (without having to 'put a towel down!') Would recommend this hotel without a doubt!

We really enjoyed this hotel during our 2 week holiday. The food and staff were excellent and a great choice for our half board stay. Our room was very modern and has recently been modified. Room 1224. The hotel is in perfect position for the beach and has a direct link to the road opposite the main beach area. The room looks like the only room that has been updated looking from the outside. It has a glass balcony screen and not railings. Plus the patio door is a new design that doesn't slide. It looks out to the rear of the hotel but is a great view and quiet in the evenings due to being on the 12th floor. The room is much better than the more dated rooms we saw when walking along the corridors We paid 2 Euro a day for WiFi throughout the hotel and room. Well worth it because it is a fast connection.
