Clean rooms and hotel in general. The Wi-Fi is strong around the whole hotel. Very friendly staff and receptionist. The SPA is really good and there are seperate smoking areas assigned. Only a few minor improvement suggestions: make the drinks during dinner for halfpension guests included. Get bigger TV's for the rooms.

Everything you need & want. Close walk to the beach. Star deducted for poor food options for vegetarians/ vegans. It would be nice for them to think of just one option per meal. They easily have 5 different meat meals so just a single veggie option shouldn't be difficult. Also, there is no air con in the rooms & fans are so slow they don't help at all.

I have been going here since I was about 3 years old. And we never stopped coming. We always went here around my birthday, which is in February. This year, due to corona, we won’t be able to go. I hope we can maybe go later in the year. As a child I loved the children club. Now. Even tho I’m almost 16 I still get recognised. The staff here is so amazing. And I’m never gonna stop coming to this hotel. Even when I get 50 myself! I’ll take my own kids. And show them the magic of the island, hotel and staff.
