1st time in the Canaries and very impressed with the hotel and facilities. Still post covid but some normality resuming. The wearing of face masks and arranged times for meals (all inclusive) hasn't put a dampener on the holiday. Fully understand the requirements so that we can still enjoy a holiday. I'm sure it'll be different again next year

Hotel great facilities. Rooms are big and spacious. Buffet is plentiful, and the snack bar is excellent. Love the fact there are drinks available 24hr a day for all inclusive guests. Staff are great and are on to you if you don't wear your mask or glove at the buffet. Meant as a compliment. I love the hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Thanks to the management & staf.

One of the biggest hotels I've ever visited but you wouldn't guess so as it's run so well with several swimming pools and jacuzzi to choose from and also very accessible to all floors and amenities for any body with disabilities including wheelchair and scooter users there is ramps and lifts throughout the complex giving you full access there is even accessto one of the swimmingpoolsvia a chair lift but not the jacuzzi but thats possiblythe only activity not available to a wheelchair user.I've enquired about wet rooms with disabled access and told they do have rooms which can accommodate wheelchair users. The staff have been amazing constantly doing all they can to make your stay the best it can be. The rooms are a good size and well presented and clean and the food has been fabulous having come all inclusive we've never been disappointed with the quality and selection of food and drink available. We are hoping to come back again with my partners adult children as this hotel gives full access using his wheelchair, even the local shops and streets are wheelchair chair friendly. Thank you Abora we've had an amazing stay.
