Just got back home yesterday our stay was amazing we was in room 247 great views .food was really good loads of options.all staff at this hotel reseptionst . bar staff..and restraunt staff are all hardworking and still have time for a smile and an hello. A special mention to the animation team Wow they are fantastic. Thank you all for a brilliant hoilday and will definitely be back

It was amazing holidays for a week. Probably longer stay would get bit boring. We did not try all amenities they provide. Didn't have huge expectations for the price we paid for all inclusive. Cleaning lady was amazing🤣👍she even sorted out our little ones toys and every time we came back to the room we found it spotless clean! Big thanks to all staff who made hols special

We visit this hotel 2/3 times a year and can't wait for the pandemic to settle so we can return when restrictions are ceased. The rooms and facilities at the hotel are modern, clean and cater for all age groups. The adult only rooms have great views over the dunes and mountains. The facilities for children are amazing and the entertainment team work tirelessly to make sure all age groups are having a good time. The evening shows are enjoyable and a credit to the work the team put into them. There is a small gym with a varied DB weight range, although some 2 and 3 kg would be nice for a weakling like me. There is also adequate cardio equipment. The hotel is situated not far from the famous dunes and the promenade walk to PDI. We've always been made welcome by all staff and impressed they remember us when they see so many guests. There is a lovely barman in the bar downstairs who is always friendly no matter how much pressure he's under and the very tall waiter who we think is called Noe always greets everyone with a friendly smile and kind words no matter what your age. We can't wait to return to see all these friendly faces again after a tough couple of years for everyone. We'd recommend this hotel above any others in this area.

Stayed at this lovely brand new hotel last year in July, the food was delicious varied and plenty of. Every day there was something else on the menu, and not just quantity quality food as well. we stayed 11 nights and only ate out once, the food was so good. All inclusive facility spot on, 24 hours help yourself and cocktails are made fresh in front of you. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy. Balcony with great views, the only downside is the shower the water starts coming out of the base into the bathroom if you have the shower on for to long, we just kept a rolled up towel by the base to stop it from coming out. I think this has been an issue with most hotels we have stayed at (5 & 4 stars) the pool facilities are great, we ended up at the quieter pool at the front no queuing at the bar and the pool was always warm. Entertainment was hit and miss, quiet often we would go for a stroll at night and explore so wasn't an issue for us. overall I would recommend this hotel, great for couples and families. there wasn't any kids running around they were well behaved.
