Loved my stay here. Yes apartments are a little bit dated but not so much it bothered us, it was clean presentable and comfortable. My own fault I did not do my due diligence and wanted a sea view room which I was given, did not realise there was no lift. Not good after you have just had ACL operation trying to get luggage up those stairs, I would have glady paid €10 for someone to have done that for me. Pools immaculate and clean. I opted for part board, food was OK, always something to eat, some of the desserts were amazing! The only gripe would be no free beverages with evening time meal (not that i expected much, maybe A glass of wine or juice, you can buy but very pricey). Overall I loved my stay and fo

Staff were very keen on do everything for Us what was possible. We had to change room, as the first room was on the top off the building with over 50 steps! We need accessible room without stairs. All was sorted in a short time after our first night. We even got extra! The hotel invited Us on their BBQ party with "All You can eat". It was lash! The music was nice too. We had a few technical issues in the room, but soon as I have mentioned them (I mean less then 3 minutes!) 2 very polite maintenance guy were in our room and fixed everything in no time! The apartment hotel has NO lift! There are some grand floor rooms, but most of them only accessible by LOTS of stairs! The apartments were nice (I think about end of 90' style 😍👍). The beds were firm and extremely comfortable. I loved the balcony and the ocean view. There are 2 bigger and 1 kid pools available with sunbeds and umbrellas. Daytime there is the life guard. The breakfast is buffet system, so eat as much as You like. The range of the food is very wide. My pictures give You some ideas, but it isn't everything! It's more to it! 😍 It's well worth it! 👍😍 Parking that is a bit of " pot luck " as it's first come first served! If You arrive late to the hotel You might need to look for car parking a bit further from the hotel, as its street parking only. Food shops 2 minutes walk, beach about 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes drive. We wen to Palaya Las Vista's by car. The car parking is free, but You have to be very patient to find your parking spot! Good advice : book it on their on website and you could get it half price compare to agencies (like booking dot com) pages! If you want to stay 7 nights don't do it! Book for 9+ nights and You could have fairly big discount! It's my own experience! 😉 All in short : I would definitely recommend it! Would I stay here again : Yes.

Really good price, we got a duplex flat with sea view. The flat was very specious with 2 bathrooms which was great for 5 adults, a bit outdated but we really didn't mind. The mattresses and bed frames definitely could be replaced, we asked for mattress toppers which were provided. Just to set expectations you may only see the sea if the sky is clear but nonetheless a beautiful view. Food was so much better than expected and I'm quite picky, I really enjoyed the a la carte dinners and breakfasts. We had excellent service from all the staff, Linda at the reception was especially great and dealt with all our requests to make our stay comfortable. We also had questions prior to our stay and online customer service was very accommodating and responsive. I'm grateful to all the staff for the great service we received.

Great place, can't fault it. Booked late, last minute deal. Still great apartment, very clean, pool area not massive but really clean and good. Not a bad walk to the beach and port, bit longer uphill on the way back. Staff are very helpful and really nice. Would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely come again.

Great views from the "Hills" and friendly staff make it a great place to stay in the quieter area of Los Cristianos. Free transport to Last Americas makes it easy to access the best beaches and shops. Nice restaurants nearby but some fitness required for steep hills and steps. Ask for a room with a sea view as fantastic sunsets.

Lovely friendly staff. Had a few niggles which were sorted while we were out.Ideally located for bars and shops. Free wi-go is helpful. Use of facilities at Hollywood Mirage and Hollywood Heights also helps. 2 swimming pools with lifeguards. Children's club. Free entertainment every evening What is there not to like? The sunshine also helps. Love it. Will certainly be back.

Really happy with our stay here. It’s not the newest of accommodations but the suites are clean, the pools are excellent and the whole complex is well kept. There is air conditioning in the rooms, some better than others. Each room has all you need from an iron to kettle, fridge and toaster. There are two pools and one for little toddlers. Pool and table football. There is a great laundry facility too. Great location with decent restaurants close by. The breakfast is fabulous with lots of options and you can eat as much as you like. From a full English breakfast, cereals and toast, to fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese, yogurts etc. Great coffee, teas and juices. The staff are also friendly and amazing. They get on top of issues with rooms very quickly. Our return flight was cancelled and so we called reception and they put us up for another two nights. A very friendly, family environment complex that is a very good for a budget cost stay. We were a family group of 12 plus a toddler. So had a good view of the complex and rooms. Overall we are very happy with our stay.
